ABOUT THE ROLE
The functions of merchandise management are to identify customer demand, find product to meet that demand, and maximize productivity of the product.
Location - Gandaria, South Jakarta
Reporting - Director

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing data to identify issues and providing advice to the merchandising team to take action.
2. Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.
3. Forecasting profits and sales, optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
4. Aware of market research trends with other brands.
5. Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
6. Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the best-selling price point, taste, colors, or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential.
7. Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
8. Identifying production and supply difficulties and addressing any problems or delays as they arise.
9. Collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a planner, buyer, business analyst, data analyst, inventory analyst, merchandiser, or assistant buyer (at least 4 years).
2. Required skills: Data Analytics, Retail, Merchandising.
3. Strong ownership and attention to detail.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Proven working experience in merchandising in a similar role.
6. Preferably have related experience in Retail F&B / FMCG.
7. Ability to run Microsoft Excel is a must.
