Merchandiser

We are looking for a position in Merchandiser:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Check the information completed on material/AW/workmanship/measurement.
2. Arrange meetings with sample room/MD/Purchasing/Costing.
3. BOM creation and arrange sample room measurement creation in CP.
4. BOM cross-checking between each Merchandiser.
5. Communication and escalation with CCDA for any unclear points.

CFT-V

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to check and review 3D cloth file at DC2E sccoop to DCE2E checklist.
2. Responsible to check and review HQ image at VR2 scoop according to VR2 checklist on WASP.
3. Responsible to upload the CLO file at DCE2E stage WASP after approval.
4. Responsible to upload the CLO file at VR2 stage to WASP, review and approve the image.
5. Assist 3D technician during 3D clo file making according to customer requirements.
6. Check and review styles list that includes 3D scoop.
7. Download the CLO file from WASP if any request from MD and costing team.

CFT

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Check and approve all sample stages for DD and non-DD according to adidas procedures/policies and provide audit reports.
2. Check and approve size set including size spec grading control, fit approval and provide audit reports.
3. Do final Presell/SMS/PRESELL/GMM/GTM audit according to defect classification list. Evaluate defects according to A & B & C zones.
4. Compare sample order to sealing sample/approved production sample/previous sample under consideration of the Sealing Sample comments.
5. Check all sample stages and fill in sample hangtag and audit report with necessary comments.
6. Certified Factory Technician has the authority and responsibilities to reject sample or sample orders if they do not meet adidas accepted quality level.
7. All rejected samples must be re-audited and recorded.
8. Measurement tracking keyed CP.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree, any major.
2. Experience of working in the Garment industry.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Garment Merchandiser.
4. Experience handling packing, hangtag label.
5. Good with numbers for calculation, analysis, and problem-solving.
6. Fluent in English both oral and written.
7. Strong analytical and good communication skills.
8. Can join as soon as possible.
