Check stock levels on the shelves/stockroom.

Request stock replenishments from store teams or internal team if needed.

Identify and report out-of-stock (OOS) or low-stock situations.

Implement planograms and display guidelines correctly.

Ensure shelves are organized and visually appealing.

Set up promotional areas (i.e., end caps, gondolas, backwall, etc.).

Prepare stores for new product rollouts or seasonal campaigns.

Distribute and install promotional materials and displays.

Ensure the store follows branding and display guidelines.

Check pricing and promotions.

Verify prices are correct and match promotional materials.

Ensure discounts, POSM, and other promotional materials are displayed accurately.

Correct any information mismatches or missing signage.

Monitor and report on store conditions.

Take photos of displays correctly and report accordingly.

Report competitor activities, display changes, or challenges faced in-store.

Note consumer reactions or feedback if relevant.

Build and maintain good store relationships.

Communicate professionally with store managers and other staff.

Coordinate stock movements or display placements.

Brief store staff on new products or features if needed.

Track and submit reports.

Log store visits, actions taken, stock levels, and display photos.

Submit daily or weekly reports to the internal team or brand team.

Highlight key issues, successes, or suggestions.

Requirement:
Own a motorcycle and the license to ride a motorcycle (SIM C).
Good time management and organization.
Has special attention to detail.
Understand visual merchandising that drives basic sales and awareness.
Good inventory management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
