Job summary

PT Nityo Infotech mencari seorang Merchandise Manager berpengalaman untuk memimpin operasi sourcing dan pembelian dari Cina. Tanggung jawab meliputi manajemen vendor, pengembangan strategi produk, serta analisis tren pasar. Job description

• Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing and buying operations from China across general merchandise categories.

• Build, manage, and strengthen vendor partnerships; drive negotiations on pricing, production, and service-level agreements.

• Define and manage product strategy and assortment plans to ensure market relevance and category performance, and ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitor landscape to guide strategic merchandising decisions and product development.

• Lead, coach, and empower the team to deliver business goals.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, sourcing, or buying, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Experience in retail, trading offices, or buying offices— particularly within similar product categories—is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in sourcing general merchandise from China, with deep expertise in vendor management and supply chain optimization.

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with full-cycle product development experience—from ideation and concepting to market execution and performance tracking.

• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L to drive profitable growth.

• Willing to travel frequently to China and be based onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang.
