PT BIKO Indonesia sedang mencari teknisi plumbing berpengalaman untuk perawatan fasilitas di area Jakarta Utara. Tugas utama meliputi instalasi, perawatan, serta perbaikan sistem plumbing di berbagai outlet BIKO Group.

Pelamar diutamakan memiliki 1–2 tahun pengalaman di bidang plumbing atau perawatan gedung, mampu menyelesaikan masalah teknis dengan baik, dan bersedia bekerja shifts, akhir pekan, serta fleksibel berpindah-pindah outlet sesuai kebutuhan.

Qualifications

• Gelar SMA/SMK minimum; bidang teknis diutamakan (teknik plumbing, bangunan, mesin atau sejenis).
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di plumbing atau perawatan gedung.
• Berpengalaman dalam pemasangan, perawatan, troubleshooting, dan perbaikan sistem plumbing.
• Pengetahuan tentang pasokan air, drainase, pipa, pompa, katup, dan peralatan sanitasi.
• Mampu menangani masalah kebocoran, saluran tersumbat, drainase, dan tekanan air.
• Kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang baik dan bisa bekerja mandiri.
• Siap bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur.
• Siap mobile antar outlet BIKO Group.

Minimum SMA/SMK, preferably Teknik Plumbing, Teknik Bangunan, Teknik Mesin, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in plumbing or building maintenance.

Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems.

Knowledge of water supply, drainage, piping, pumps, valves, and sanitary equipment.

Able to handle plumbing issues such as leakage, clogged pipes, drainage, and water pressure problems.

Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willing to be mobile between BIKO Group outlets.
