Job summary

Lintas Daya Group in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee MEP projects on site, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and clients, manage installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation, and uphold HSE standards across all activities. Excellent English communication is essential; leadership is required to motivate and guide project teams through complex on-site challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction as a Site Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction management and project execution.
• Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and HSE regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with collaboration across stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with issue resolution ability.
• Able to lead and motivate project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems per specs and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors and site teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all MEP activities comply with HSE requirements via site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and logistical issues to minimize delays.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other disciplines for delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, technical records, and inspection reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity.
