The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is a Real Estate Company. Currently, they are looking for MEP Senior Executive (Building Operations).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Building Operation: Manage, collaborate, and supervise outsourcing companies which are MEP service company, security company, cleaning company, and parking company, etc. Implement operation plan, coordination, checking on the site. Plan and implement energy control. Propose technical improvement plan. Manage and keep quality of building operation and implement inspection internally. Check the regular checking report. Give approval for submitted document from tenant and contractor. Preparation and submit the documents for government on behalf of the building owner and correspond to any government related matters. Establish good relationship between company and the government, and also with the neighborhood. Assist any government related matters.
  • Control construction: Check and control the condition of construction in building. Check the design drawings, specifications, and construction schedules for any construction in building.
  • Repair/Renovation: Check the condition of each facility equipment in building. Create the plan for repair/improvement work and prepare for budget proposal. Create long term maintenance/repair plan. Control and coordinate tenant moving schedule and explain and the building rule. Correspond any queries and problems from tenant. Create building announcement from BM office and deliver the information to the tenant. Supporting tenant’s need.
  • Fire, Safety, and Security management: Plan and implement fire prevention, disaster prevention plan. Plan and implement for fire drill and disaster training. Manage security card, registration, issuance, and hand over to tenant. Correspond at the time of any accident and any disaster. Emergency inspection in facility equipment at the time of typhoon, heavy rain, earthquake, strong wind, etc.
  • Other: Create report and maintenance for WELL and Green Mark certification. Other building management related matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of MEP experience, with strong knowledge in either Mechanical & Plumbing (MP) or Electrical (E), preferably from consultant or construction background.
  • Hands-on experience in managing MEP systems for high-rise buildings; prior role as Chief MEP in high-rise operations is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with MEP design and implementation for office buildings, commercial facilities, and hotels.
  • Experience in construction management with MEP subcontractors or electric power companies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Open to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Flexible and adaptable to building operations, including readiness to work weekends or holidays when required.
  • Willing to take part in broader building operation activities beyond MEP scope.
