Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming materials and completed works at the site, ensuring quality conforms to the required specifications.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the inspection and testing requirements of all MEP works.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports for site activities, indicating observations of work performed each day.
• Review MEP checklists, as-built drawings, and related quality control documents.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the project team.
• Raise a Non-conformance Report (NCR) and discuss it with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in MEP QC construction projects.
