About Our Client

We are representing one of the fastest-growing data center providers, a multinational company currently in the midst of expansion in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Manage all activities related to MEP works for Data Center projects from beginning to end, including planning, execution, completion, and delivery.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with contractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes.
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of the project process, including material/equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works.
  • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan, including schedule, cost control, materials management, and QC. Responsible for the preliminary and authority submission work of the project, such as the preliminary coordination of the land, construction permit application, and authority acceptance procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years on data center or critical facilities projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, backup systems (UPS, generators), and cooling technologies used in data centers.
  • Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier Certifications, ASHRAE 90.4, NFPA, and other industry standards.
  • Experience with design-build and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
