Job description

Manage the overall project life-cycle from initiation until project closing independently for multiple medium to complex projects.

Coordinate activities of project resources, including the assignment of project personnel and coordination with other related parties, to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.

Develop and present project reports, chair meetings, and give project presentations.

Monitor and measure progress, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Develop and present progress reports and forecasts, and communicate the results effectively.

Produce comprehensive project documentation that meets company and industry best-practices standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electro/Electric Engineering, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
  • Preferred experience managing Building Projects for Mechanical, Electrical (MEP), and IT Projects.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and developing strong relationships.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
