Our client is a Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for MEP Engineer (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily site operations and ensure compliance with building regulations.
2. Design and oversee MEP system installations.
3. Coordinate with contractors and engineers.
4. Ensure systems meet safety and quality standards.
5. Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related construction field.
2. Conversational Mandarin proficiency and basic English proficiency.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience as a construction MEP Engineer, with experience in designing system installations for low-voltage or high-voltage systems in the construction industry.
4. Maximum age of 40 years old.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
