MEP Engineer (Construction)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and examine all MEP works and site management.
2. Manage workers’ daily performance and solve problems on site.
3. Assist project manager and/or site manager in implementing the project.
4. Manage materials and workforce in daily operations.
5. Check works for compliance with drawings and standards.
6. Coordinate and supervise construction work at the site.
7. Check, revise, detail, and review shop drawings for all technical work.
8. Prepare monthly progress reports and progress evaluation claims.
9. Monitor daily subcontractor’s work.
10. Ensure work quality and adherence to project timelines.
11. Advise, coordinate, and review concepts, schematic, and detailed designs related to Architectural, Structural & Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, and Interior Design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English communication in a business environment.

Experience and Skills:

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills.
• MEP coordination skills.
• Over 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for personal skill development.
• Good presentation skills using presentation software.
