MEP Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Monitor and examine all MEP works and site management;
2. Manage workers’ daily performance and solve the problem at Site;
3. Assist project manager and/or site manager in implementing project;
4. Manage materials and work force in daily operation;
5. Check works in compliance with drawing and meet standard;
6. Coordinate and supervise construction work at the site;
7. Check & Revise/Detail/Shop drawing for all technical work;
8. Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim;
9. Monitoring daily on the subcontractor’s work;
10. Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with timelines of the project;
11. Advise, coordinate and review on the concept, schematic and detail designs related to Architectural, Structural & Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, and Interior Design;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Smooth verbal and text communication in English in business scene (with English speaking people)

Experience and Personality:

1. With Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) skills;
2. With MEP Coordination skills;
3. With Experience in the construction industry for more than 5 years;
4. With Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
5. With Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
6. With Enthusiasm for the improvement of personal skills;
7. With Good presentation skill by using presentation application;
