Job summary

Sinergy mediatek informasi is seeking a detail-oriented MEP Drafter to support construction projects by producing accurate MEP drawings using AutoCAD. You will prepare shop, detail, and as-built drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV systems, while coordinating with engineers and field teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of MEP drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, and the ability to read technical drawings. Travel to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as MEP Drafter.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
• Able to read and understand MEP technical drawings.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or ELV systems.
• Able to create shop drawings and as-built drawings independently.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and able to work to deadlines.
• Willing to conduct field surveys and travel outside the city for official duties if required.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop MEP technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings according to project requirements.
• Create installation drawings for Mechanical (HVAC/AC), Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Revise drawings based on direction from engineers, consultants, and actual field conditions.
• Ensure technical drawings comply with specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, and field personnel.
• Assist with material calculations and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation based on technical drawings.
• Ensure coordination between MEP disciplines to avoid installation conflicts.
