About The Department
The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will be part of the Medical Affairs team within the CMR (Clinical, Medical & Regulatory) function at Novo Nordisk Indonesia. Our CMR department is a close-knit, highly motivated team committed to driving business through science, impactful initiatives, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The MSL will report to the MSL Manager and work closely with Medical Managers and other departments.
The position
As a Medical Scientific Liaison, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner for internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating scientific discussions, sharing medical insights, supporting evidence generation, and representing Novo Nordisk in scientific forums.
You will be responsible for our diabetes portfolio, ensuring that up-to-date scientific data is effectively communicated to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other key stakeholders. You will also support the generation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and investigator-sponsored studies (ISS) to strengthen the scientific understanding and impact of our therapies.
