Objectives of this Role
- Develop and meet sales targets as committed
- Identify new growth opportunities and build strong customer relationships while adhering to Gene Solutions' compliance guidelines
- Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene’s services
- Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager
Responsibilities of this Role
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers (Oncologists, MDs, Laboratories, Hospitals)
- Create and execute marketing, sales, and digital programs to achieve goals and objectives
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Resolve customer problems and concerns on products and services promptly
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, fostering strong team relationships
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends, continuously improving competencies through learning and feedback
- Analyze market potential and optimize sales territories; track sales and report regularly on status
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications and Experience
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- A university degree or higher in Science, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in medical sales or related fields
- Solid scientific knowledge and strong selling & negotiation skills
- Oncology background is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to different research sites as required
- Dynamic, detail-oriented work habits, good time management, problem-solving skills, and good teamwork
- Organized, patient, proactive, agile, honest, and enthusiastic
- Proficiency in English (reading, understanding documents, and translating documents)
- Proficient in computer use and online meeting systems
