Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman relevan minimal 2 tahun dalam penjualan produk medis.
• Pengalaman di bidang produk rumah sakit dalam diagnostik molekuler atau patologi lebih disukai.
• Memiliki SIM C atau A yang valid.

Responsibilities

• Memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk medis ke rumah sakit dan klinik.
• Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi rencana pemasaran strategis untuk mencapai target penjualan.
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan dokter rumah sakit dan pemangku kepentingan utama.

A leading healthcare distribution company is looking for a Medical Representative (Sales) to strengthen its sales force and expand its presence across the hospital and clinic market in Jabodetabek.

About the Role

The Medical Representative (Sales) will be responsible for promoting the company’s products within the healthcare sector, building strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role is crucial in implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives, especially for molecular diagnostics and pathology-related products.

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote the company's medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets

Identify and survey new customer prospects and distribution opportunities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital doctors and key stakeholders

Map and master the hospital distribution area within Jabodetabek

Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need a proactive attitude, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the hospital ecosystem, particularly in Jabodetabek.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any educational background

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical product sales

Preferred: Experience with hospital products in molecular diagnostics, pathology, or clinical lab fields

Strong networking skills and experience dealing with hospital doctors

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Possess a valid C or A driving license

Honest, with a good personality and work ethic

Domiciled in Jabodetabek
