What You’ll Do

We are currently looking for a Medical Representative for the Samarinda area, to join the Oncology team. Your role will involve:

1. Calling upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies, serving as a technical expert on specific products, therapeutic classes, or patient needs.
2. Establishing long-term relationships with key customers.
3. Reporting to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager, primarily covering Jakarta and nearby locations.
4. Promoting leading products to General Practitioners and healthcare professionals.
5. Building genuine relationships to positively impact patient health.
6. Collaborating with team members to optimize business impact.
7. Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to meet targets.
8. Completing administrative tasks within set budgets and timelines.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in a Science background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably from a multinational company.
• Proven ability to build strong external and internal relationships.
• Effective communication, influencing, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with confidence in personal presentation and sales abilities.

Desirable Qualities

• Knowledge of the territory.
• Current domicile near the vacancy location.
• Proficiency in English.
