Anda akan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, bekerja sama dengan distributor, dan berkontribusi pada strategi pasar dengan laporan rutin. Lokasi di Jakarta Utara, bekerja di lingkungan dinamis yang berorientasi target.

Qualifications

• Lulusan Diploma Kedokteran, Farmasi, atau Ilmu Hayati.
• Pengalaman di penjualan atau promosi medis diutamakan.
• Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan membangun hubungan.
• Mau belajar dan berkembang di lingkungan dinamis.
• Paham saluran apotek, perencanaan penjualan, dan CRM (OPTIMA).
• Memiliki semangat kesehatan, promosi etis, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan.

Responsibilities

• Meyakinkan dokter, apoteker, dan tenaga kesehatan melalui presentasi berbasis ilmu.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan KOL dan prescriber.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di fasilitas komunitas dan rumah sakit.
• Memantau tren pasar, aktivitas pesaing, dan wawasan pelanggan untuk mengembangkan strategi.
• Bekerja sama dengan distributor untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk dan cakupan pasar.
• Menjalankan rencana penjualan strategis, mencapai target, serta membuat laporan aktivitas lapangan.
• Berpartisipasi dalam acara medis, diskusi meja bundar, dan konferensi untuk mendukung visibilitas produk.

Job description

Engage doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through effective, science-based presentations.

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers.

Identify new business opportunities in community and hospital settings.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop winning strategies.

Collaborate with distributors to ensure smooth product availability and market coverage.

Execute strategic sales plans, achieve targets, and provide regular field activity reports.

Participate in medical events, round-table discussions, and conferences to support product visibility.

What We're Looking For:

A Diploma graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Biology, etc.).

Experience in sales or medical promotion is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Familiar with pharmacy channels, sales planning, and CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA).
