Job summary

Kalventis Sinergi Farma mencari tenaga penjualan untuk membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan klien serta melaksanakan rencana aksi penjualan yang ditetapkan manajer. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, etos kerja proaktif, dan pengetahuan dasar pasar farmasi di Balikpapan.

Penempatan di Balikpapan dengan skema kerja on-site untuk mencapai target penjualan per outlet serta kontribusi terhadap ekosistem Kalbe melalui kanal distribution & logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Execute sales plan of actions as deployed from superior (include plan of customer visit, expenses, sales target per outlet/customer, etc).
• Mengembangkan dan mempertahankan hubungan dengan klien.
• Melaksanakan rencana aksi penjualan yang diberikan dari atasan (termasuk rencana kunjungan pelanggan, pengeluaran, target penjualan per outlet/pelanggan, dll)
