Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Medical Technology or related science field.
• ASCP or AMT certification or eligible.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and LIS.

Responsibilities

• Perform all complexity testing in the clinical laboratories.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot analyzers and lab equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of laboratory tests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely reporting of results.
• Assist with LIS updates and data gathering for validations.
