POSITION SUMMARY

As a Medical Delegate, you will be responsible for promoting Nestlé Healthcare Nutrition products in your territory by clearly communicating with (para) medical contacts and key customers, providing accurate information about these products, their features, and benefits, based on the latest nutrition practices, within guidelines issued regularly by Head Office.

Visit targeted hospitals, pharmacies, and relevant customers to promote Nestlé Health Science products.

Plan and conduct medical activities in hospitals, pharmacies, and with relevant customers to influence key stakeholders to adopt/recommend Nestlé Health Science products.

Achieve sales targets and increase hospital formulary coverage through these activities.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
  • A bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in medical fields)
  • Detail-oriented, persistent, and organized
  • Independent and self-driven, yet able to work effectively in a team
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks independently under challenging deadlines
  • Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
