What you'll be doing:

  • Execute and coordinate placement activation to ensure accurate and timely implementation of media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop compelling content ideas, align on campaign objectives, and identify cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues, delays, or inconsistencies in placement execution.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure media content, banners, and product listing pages are correctly placed and error-free.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure all campaign and content data is current and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs, monitor issue resolutions, and follow up on platform/tool enhancements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility in responding to sudden requests, changes in direction, and evolving team priorities.
  • Coordinate and maintain client communication during campaign execution to ensure timely content follow-ups, seamless collaboration, and successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or campaign/project coordination—preferably in digital marketing or media.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with media campaign execution, placement management, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and roles.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to team success.
  • Proficiency in using formulas, Google Sheets, and other administrative tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
