Mechanical Specialist for Light & Heavy Equipment (Managerial Level)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field
• Experience as a Mechanical Specialist for Light & Heavy Equipment
• Knowledge of computer programs and software related to Mechanical Specialist for Light & Heavy Equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in South Papua, PT. Bio Inti Agrindo plantation location

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on a variety of earthmoving equipment, including dump trucks, excavators, wheel loaders, cranes, graders and other industrial equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform compliance inspections and complete inspection sheets
• Perform welding and fabrication as required
• Complete detailed digital records including work orders, time records, parts and consumables
• Provide detailed service reports including photos
• Collaborate with the broader maintenance team and Workshop Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times
