1. What will you do?

1. Design and build hardware prototypes, rapidly iterating from concepts to the implementation and evaluating feasibility.
2. Conduct experiments and analyze the results with a scientific approach.
3. Write reports and present findings.
4. Become a thought partner for other engineers, supporting them with your skill set.

2. What we look for:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s (S1/D4) or Master’s (S2) degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Experience: Previous industry experience is appreciated, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Technical Skills:

• Mechanism design: motion analysis, kinematic concepts, machine elements.
• Solid modeling CAD (SolidWorks, Onshape, Fusion 360).
• Good command of math and physics.

Soft Skills:

• Eager to learn new technical skills.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, excellent multi-tasker, and able to re-prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

3. Nice-to-have skills

• Fabrication (manual machining, CNC, 3D printing).
• Compliant mechanisms/flexures.
• Pneumatics and/or hydraulics.
• Arduino or other microcontrollers.
• Enjoys reading research papers and learning the latest advances in the field.
• Robotics: coordinate frame, kinematics, computer vision, dynamics and control, path planning.

Willing to work onsite in Bandung, West Java
