Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Lampung is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support a project manager through the full project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules, drawings and contract requirements.

You will review documents, coordinate with on-site and head-office teams, manage multiple stakeholders, report progress to division heads, and help identify risks and changes while capturing lessons learned at project end.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and production processes.
• Familiarity with PPIC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering documents, technical specifications and drawings for the project.
• Coordinate with project management on site and head office to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure execution per procedures and schedules.
• Provide routine progress reports to subdivision and division heads.
• Identify changes, issues, risks and opportunities; capture lessons learned at project end.
