Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a capable Lead for maintenance operations and engineering initiatives aimed at maximizing machine availability and reliability in Gresik. You will drive continuous improvement programs, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and lead the maintenance team toward measurable uptime.

The role requires a engineering background with 3–5 years in maintenance/CI and a proven track record in leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Engineering, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or continuous improvement; leadership experience is a plus
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine reliability
• Ability to analyse problems using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and RCA
• Understanding of continuous improvement/Kaizen, TPM, OEE, and downtime reduction concepts
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and understand mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in Excel and maintenance data management; CMMS/maintenance software experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to create maintenance KPIs, downtime reports, MTBF, MTTR, and improvement projects
• Understanding of occupational health and safety (K3/safety) and its application in maintenance activities

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and ensure machines reach target availability and reliability
• Identify causes of downtime and execute improvement programs
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns
• Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance costs
• Create standardisation of improvement results to ensure sustainability
