A leading engineering firm in Gresik seeks a Mechanical Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliability of equipment and coordinating maintenance activities. Ideal candidates should have five years of experience in mechanical maintenance within process plants and hold a relevant engineering license. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external parties.
Responsibilities:
•Mechanical Asset Reliability: Ensure reliable and efficient operation of static and rotating equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and proactive maintenance
•Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Coordinate Turnaround (TAR) activities and manage consumable and capital spare parts.
•Change Management: Implement technical reviews and approvals for any changes via Management of Change (MOC) process.
•Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, reliability engineers) and external parties (contractors, government authorities).
•Quality Assurance: Maintain and update procedures, ensure cost-effective maintenance without compromising safety and quality.
Requirements:
•Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an Mechanical Engineer in an industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant,
•industrial plant.
•Five (5) years in continuous process plants on Mechanical maintenance, repair & overhaul of rotating equipment [eg: Compressor, pump, turbine etc] & static equipment [eg: Storage Tank, Pressure vessel, Pipeline]
•Holding ISO Vibration level II or III, lifting, Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification will be advantage.
•Knowledge in distributive control system (DCS), operation and maintenance are an advantage
