Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a Mechanical Engineer to oversee fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of jigs while developing master work schedules for the mechanical team. You will verify maintenance work on jigs and machinery, troubleshoot on-site issues, and interpret 2D/3D drawings.

Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field required, with strong communication and ability to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a Polytechnic Institution.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a tight schedule.
• Able to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Skilled in operating power tools and basic machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and drill presses.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve objectives on schedule.
• Able to work under pressure.
