A leading CPO producer in Merauke, Papua, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in maintenance and mechanical engineering.   1. Develop designs for new equipment and analyze existing systems to enhance performance and durability.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical defects, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
  3. Oversee and perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and prevent failures.
  4. Manage maintenance schedules, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  5. Control and manage the dispatch and consumption of spare parts and tools.
  6. Ensure safety regulations are followed by personnel and equipment under your supervision.
