Job summary

PT Starlit Energy Indonesia is seeking a proactive Presales Engineer to bridge product design with customer requirements across hardware enclosures and systems. You will validate designs, support certifications, deliver technical trainings, and collaborate with R&D, Production and Sales to align tender specifications with client needs.

This role requires travel to customer sites, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D design software essential.
• Experience with hardware systems and product integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product design and development for hardware enclosures and systems.
• Validate designs to meet functionality, IP rating, and security specs.
• Support product certification processes and audits with regulators.
• Conduct hardware testing, calibration, and field performance evaluation.
• Deliver product presentations and provide customer training.
• Provide technical support on operation, application, and compliance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer technical issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales to align tender specs.
