Requirement:

1. Strong Understanding of WTP & WWTP with Hands-On Experience in On-Site Operation Coordination
The successful candidate must have a solid foundational understanding of how a Water / Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) functions, with a particular emphasis on the plumbing and mechanicals (MEP) and the functional interconnection between plumbing, pumps, and blowers within the system.

2. Hands-On Experience In Coordinating WTP & WWTP Operations Directly On Site.

Candidate must able to demonstrate installation, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems, water pumps, and aeration blowers in order to draw and make decisition to keep the WWTP running with full functionality.

3. Problem Solver, Creative Thinker and Good Communicator

Candidate must also able to solve any technical difficulties in the WWTP that may arise and coordinate with colleagues on how to tackle this problem.

4. Proven Ability To Design Fully Operational WTP & WWTP Based On Client Requirements
The successful candidate must be capable of interpreting client requirements and translating them into complete WWTP designs. This includes the ability to produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and effectively communicate these designs to the installation team to ensure accurate implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement WTP & WWTP Basic Engineering Design (BED):

Translate BED into concrete construction plan, ensuring seamless integration and operation at the client’s site.

Perform water balance and mass balance calculations, Material Take Off (MTO) and prepare the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

2. Detailed Engineering Plan, System Integration & Cost Estimation:

Develop 2D & 3D drawing and detailed engineering plan of WWTP installation and auxiliary equipment, including civil works, tanks, vessels, P&ID. Perform related calculations.

Prepare and update drawings, technical specifications, scopes of work, terms of reference according requirements and adjustments during on-site installation.

Create As-Built Drawing

Review cost estimates and project schedules to optimize feasibility.

Identify, evaluate the plan to determine the best-fit solutions.

Adapt to Client Specifications:

Assess technical specifications and site limitations to tailor construction plans accordingly.

Coordinate with colleagues and workers (structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, Installation & Commissioning, site civil) regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.

Communicate and follow up effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Present technical solutions to clients and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute WWTP projects.

Contribute to proposal preparation, including the technical approach, project team composition, and feasibility analysis.

Compliance & Training: Participate in health & safety training and other required professional training programs.

Willing to travel domestically, according to project execution (for a maximum of 2 months).

Technical Expertise :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar field.

Proficient in AutoCAD or similar application (a skill test will be conducted).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking, reading and writing).
