Responsibilities

Are you passionate about guiding customers, solving problems, and being the central point of communication in a dynamic technical environment? We’re looking for someone who thrives in operational and maintenance settings, and who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Guide customers in following the correct procedures, SOPs, and ways of working for their activities.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers regarding operational and maintenance activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving any issues that arise.
  • Serve as a communication hub between all Wärtsilä stakeholders, including the Centre, CM, FS, Workshop, and Technical Service.
  • Confidently manage direct verbal discussions with customers.

  • Coach and mentor maintenance staff, assisting them in diagnosing complex machinery or equipment issues.
  • Develop and improve maintenance routines at the plant.
  • Foster a culture of respect, cooperation, honesty, and ownership, and promote teamwork.
