Mechanical Design Senior Staff - SPM - Cikarang (B-123877)

Our client is a Machinery Company. Currently, they are looking for Mechanical Design Senior Staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial design concepts and ideas.
• Execute design tasks within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Apply standard engineering procedures and design tools to create accurate mechanical drawings and construction plans.
• Prepare assembly drawings and generate comprehensive bills of materials (BOM).
• Design cost-effective and efficient products.
• Create 2D and 3D models to support design and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure design specifications and requirements are met.
• Continuously enhance the quality and performance of design outputs.
• Share technical knowledge and design expertise with team members to support collective growth.
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers to address and resolve complex technical issues.
• Other task assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Active level of English.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in an SPM manufacturing company as a mechanical design engineer.
• Solid experience of using Solidworks and Autocad.
• Good understanding and knowledge in Pneumatic and Hydraulic, and also automation Machine.
• Team player, hard working, and initiative.
