Job summary

Hexxa Academy seeks a dedicated Mathematics teacher to deliver instruction based on the International Curriculum for primary to high school levels. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education and be capable of explaining concepts clearly and engagingly.

Strong analytical thinking and English communication skills are required, with a student-centered approach. The role is full-time and involves collaboration with the academic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Mathematics for Primary, Secondary, and/or High School levels.
• Familiar with International Curriculum such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, or equivalent.
• Able to explain mathematical concepts clearly, systematically, and engagingly.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt teaching methods to different students’ abilities and learning styles.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Patient, communicative, creative, disciplined, and student-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the academic team.
• Willing to work full-time and commit to the assigned teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics based on the International Curriculum.
• Prepare lessons, learning materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Help students understand mathematical concepts and improve their academic performance.
• Monitor students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adjust teaching strategies based on students’ individual needs.
• Coordinate with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
