Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking passionate educators to join Brain Academy Bandung (Setiabudi). You will coach MT Akademia, conduct student/parent consultations, and run Homework Clinics to address academic issues with practical solutions.

You’ll also teach in classrooms, develop materials, and align with HQ curricula. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Education, at least 1 year teaching experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams, delivering engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and use blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum number of sessions (CBC and classroom).
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
• Collaborate with curriculum development to align with HQ standards.
