Eye Level Palu is seeking a teaching role to deliver Math and English lessons to children aged 3-15 in a small-group setting, following Eye Level methods and curriculum.

Ideal candidates hold a D3/D4/S1 or equivalent in Education, English, or Mathematics, are fluent in English, and demonstrate strong time management and communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

General Responsibilities:

Teaching Math & English to children aged 3-15 years old.

Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.

Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.

Motivate and encourage students.

Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.

Performs administrative activities if needed.

Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
