We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English and Math tutor to work with a children in Bali area, Gianyar specifically but we are also open for other Bali areas. The tutor will support the student in catching up and building confidence in foundational reading, writing, and math skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who enjoys one-on-one teaching in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English (reading, writing, comprehension) and Mathematics (basic operations, problem-solving, logical reasoning).
• Tailor sessions to the student's learning style and pace.
• Monitor progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with the parents about goals, progress, and any concerns.
• Encourage a positive attitude toward learning and foster self-motivation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching or tutoring children (ideally in the 4–15 age range) (preferred but not required).
• Fresh graduate or college student are welcome to apply
• Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
• Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching style.
• Creative and resourceful in lesson planning.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Based in or able to travel to any other areas in Bali
• Teaching qualification or relevant degree (preferred but not required).

Preferred:

• Experience with homeschooling or one-on-one tutoring.
• Familiarity with international or alternative education approaches (e.g., Montessori, Waldorf, etc.).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
