Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a warehouse operations assistant to support daily warehouse activities in its Indonesian facilities. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling of materials.

Adherence to SOPs, safety, quality and housekeeping, along with basic equipment operation, labeling for stock movements, and participation in cycle counts, will be part of your role, contributing to productivity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Handle materials, products, and inventory accurately and safely
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and systems as required
• Support inventory accuracy through proper labelling and stock movements
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support productivity targets and continuous improvement initiatives
