Job description

• Lead procurement deals, interfacing with the internal and external stakeholders to achieve robust technical and commercial solution to meet organizational objectives.
• Collaborate, align and provide guidance to stakeholders during sourcing initiatives for ensuring understanding, clarity of requirements & scopes and explains requirements to invited vendors if needed.
• Optimize procurement process efficiency through timely execution and closure of sourcing event in order to achieve business goals.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of needs and compliance with procurement SOPs and facilitating effective delivery.
• Operational and practise of E2E sourcing / supply chain governance activities (procurement planning, align demand requirement, sourcing, contracting, ordering, delivery, warehousing and vendor management)
• Manage procurement of goods and services in accordance to internal needs.
• Execute sourcing process by comparing and analyzing suppliers, product, pricing modeloptions, quality, and delivery lead time.
• Negotiate with vendors for the right pricing, warranties of products quality, and supply contract / agreement.
• Conduct and assess tenders from potential vendors
• Prepare Purchase Order and or Contract completion with Vendors to ensure product delivery meet to the needs
• Research and evaluating prospective vendors including create and maintain good relationship with vendors.
• Prepare and evaluate vendor performance information such as qualifications, delivery time, pricing, product ranges, etc
• Lead sourcing projects/initiatives, ensuring deliverables, escalating issues, and reporting to the manager as appropriate.
• Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Support budget estimates and validate during execution
• Act as bridge between supplier and finance by inform about payment schedule to supplier as per agreed payment terms when needed.
• Support stakeholders to ensure optimizing material delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree in related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, ideally in telecom, infrastructure, or technology.
• Familiar with end-to-end sourcing: planning, tendering, contracting, ordering, and delivery.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
• Knowledge of procurement SOPs, vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and budgeting.
• Experience handling sourcing documentation, vendor performance reviews, and payment coordination.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work inBSD, South Tangerang, Banten.
