Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and the supply chain function to ensure material availability aligns with operational requirements.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions to monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and ensure readiness to support internal demand.
  • Manage time-sensitive and complex material needs, working closely with procurement teams and service centers to ensure timely sourcing, delivery, and inventory control.
  • Partner with relevant departments to confirm that operational needs—such as material compatibility, production timelines, and technical specifications—are clearly understood, recorded, and fulfilled.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve supply chain performance, reduce operational costs, and minimize risks associated with procurement and logistics activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as engineering, procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehousing.
  • Solid understanding of engineering concepts relevant to material planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; experience collaborating in a multicultural or expatriate environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and other data analysis tools.
  • Highly adaptable and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving industrial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve supply chain issues and improve procurement processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms for managing inventory and procurement.
  • Experience in leading or coordinating supply chain-related projects.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and compliance standards related to material procurement.
