Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adequate raw materials for production to prevent stockouts.
2. Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
3. Work closely with the Production Planning team, Manufacturing, and QC Incoming team to highlight any supply issues impacting the production plan.
4. Provide rolling forecasts of raw materials to suppliers as required.
5. Generate accurate weekly inventory reports and dispatch them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and expedite critical raw materials to prevent shortages.
7. Assist in material collection and provide shipment mode information (by air or ocean).
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Strong understanding of material planning.
3. Good understanding of SAP ERP is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills.
