About the role

As the Master Planning Manager at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK', you will play a crucial role in the company's construction and urban planning efforts. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will involve overseeing the strategic planning and scheduling of major projects within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive master plans for large-scale construction projects

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery

Analysing data, identifying risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to optimise planning and scheduling

Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities, to align project goals and objectives

Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting on key performance indicators

Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior members of the planning and scheduling team

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in master planning and project management, preferably within the real estate or urban development industries

Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, scheduling techniques, and project management best practices

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in using project management software and data analysis tools

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

A bachelor's degree in Architecture or urban planning
