About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Product Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Serveone MRO Indonesia. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our comprehensive product master data, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our strategic business objectives. Based in Cibitung District (Kawasan Industri MM2100), Bekasi West Java, this position is critical in supporting our operations and driving continuous improvement across our product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement robust processes for creating, updating, and maintaining product master data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product information, including specifications, pricing, and procurement details

Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with industry standards and internal policies

Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Continuously monitor and analyze product data to identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining

Categorize and manage product data based on predefined classification standards and business rules (such as based on category, type, brand, manufacture, spec, etc.)

Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance strategies

What we're looking for

Diploma III Degree in Business Administration or related fields

Minimum 8 years of experience in a product data management or Product Categorization or Product Classification or other position with similar tasks.

Strong understanding of product data structures, data modelling, and data governance principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues

Proficient in English is a must (verbal and written)

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards related to product data management

Familiarity with Korean business culture and communication style

Willing to work on-site Cibitung, Bekasi (Kawasan MM2100)
