MARKTING SALES MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT RONTHKARD SPINETION INDONESIA. As a full-time role based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services.
2. Identifying and targeting new business opportunities, liaising with potential clients, and securing new sales.
3. Managing and leading a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Reporting on sales and marketing KPIs, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance.

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (8+ years) in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably within the management industry.
2. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
4. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales.
