Our client is a Leasing (B2B Fleet) company seeking a Marketing Team Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with dealers, showrooms, suppliers, and customers in car, heavy equipment, and machinery financing.
2. Conduct customer surveys, credit analysis, and maintain client data.
3. Lead, coordinate, and supervise marketing staff to achieve sales and business targets.
4. Manage account receivables in coordination with the collection team to reduce bad debt.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• High proficiency in conversational English or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience as Marketing Team Leader or Assistant Manager in the Fleet segment of Commercial Vehicle Financing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid SIM A and ability to drive.
