The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building client relationships to support the client’s growth. This role will oversee marketing initiatives, tenders, and proposals while guiding the marketing team toward achieving sales targets.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to build brand awareness.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, tenders, and client prospects.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients (malls, office towers, apartments).
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategy.
Supervise, coach, and support the marketing team to achieve targets.
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Experience: Min. 2 years in B2B marketing or corporate sales, within the Facility management/Facility Services/Building Management industries.
Language: Basic English skills to understand technical terms.
Technical Skills: Skilled in preparing proposals, presentations, and market research.
Personal Attributes: Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills; creative, target-oriented, and a team player.
