Job description

The Marketing Supervisor will lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of marketing activities, working closely with creative and sales teams. This role is responsible for designing impactful campaigns and ensuring all marketing initiatives contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Create treatment promotion concepts, including pricing strategies, and vouchers.

Coordinate with the digital content staff to develop promotional materials and social media content.

Lead and monitor paid digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) based on targeted audiences.

Ensure marketing campaigns generate quality leads that can be converted by the sales team.

Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.

Initiate and execute marketing events to boost engagement.

Conduct market trend research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry).

Hands-on experience in running digital ads (Meta/Google) with basic targeting knowledge.

Experienced in designing promotional campaigns and managing marketing budgets.

Creative, data-driven, and able to work efficiently in a small team.

Experience in organizing events or brand partnerships is a plus.

Willing to work on-site at Kemang, South Jakarta (WFO).
