A leading FMCG company in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Marketing Supervisor to oversee brand positioning and implement marketing campaigns across international markets. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and engagement through digital campaigns and events. Ideal candidates should have experience in FMCG manufacturing and managing marketing initiatives across countries.
Supervise the alignment of brand positioning and brand objective to answer country business needs. Identifying and implementing creative brand ideas. Assist the planning, development & implementation of marketing campaigns across target international markets. Co-lead the implementation of communication strategy, review content plan, digital activity and creative with country marketing team. In charge of the compliance of visual identity across platforms to the global brand guideline, and internal approval paperwork. Co-supervise all on-ground events with country marketing team. Drive customer engagement initiatives, digital campaigns, events, and promotions ideation. Ensure consistent brand experience and communication across different countries. Monitor and evaluate timeline regularly in preparation of marketing activity calendar. Collaborate with stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth implementation of country marketing needs. Works closely with the Head of Senior Marketing Consultant for approval and implementation on any initiatives.
