Job Description

  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote skincare brand, including brand activation, social media marketing, offline campaigns, events, promotional activities, product launches and sponsorships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, new opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with co-founders in building a cohesive marketing calendar strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design impactful marketing tools, signage, and product displays.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to enhance the impact of activations.

Requirement

  • Have a strong passion for beauty, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience in retail marketing and event activation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital/retail marketing, brand activation, and event management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, retail environments, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
